Legal framework
We process your data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on Personal Data Protection and digital rights (LOPDGDD).
What data do we process and why?
- Quote form / calculator: name, phone, e-mail, address or town of the project and the project details you provide. Purpose: handling your request, preparing the quote and contacting you. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- E-mail and phone: the data you provide when contacting us, to handle your enquiry. Legal basis: legitimate interest and pre-contractual measures.
- Clients: data needed for the contract, invoicing and tax obligations. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legal obligation.
Retention
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and at most one year after the last contact, unless a contract is concluded. Contract and invoicing data is kept for the periods required by tax and commercial law.
Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. Technical providers (web hosting, e-mail, form service) may act as processors with the guarantees of art. 28 GDPR. Where a provider is located outside the EEA, the GDPR's international-transfer safeguards apply.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to oficina@adoquin.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
