Why pave your driveway with concrete blocks?
Block paving is one of the best choices for a driveway: it is durable, attractive, repairable and keeps its appearance for decades. Unlike asphalt, pavers do not soften in the Málaga summer heat and do not deform, and if a single block gets damaged it can be replaced individually without breaking up the whole surface.

This stable, free-draining base protects the pavement from daily traffic and from the torrential autumn downpours so typical of the Costa del Sol.
The installation process
- Free site survey – measuring the area, checking falls and locating existing services.
- Demolition and earthworks – removing the old surface or topsoil, forming the formation level.
- Spreading and compacting the base – sub-base + cement-treated base, vibrated in layers.
- Installing edge restraints – kerbs on a concrete bed with haunching.
- Bedding layer and block laying – to string lines, in the chosen laying pattern.
- Jointing and compaction – with a rubber-matted plate compactor and jointing sand.
- Clean-up and handover – with material certificates and photo documentation.
