Where do we work?
Our base of operations is the province of Málaga. We work daily in the capital and along the Costa del Sol arc — from Nerja to Manilva — and for larger projects we travel to any municipality in the province. Distance mainly affects logistics; on large surfaces it barely moves the price, which we always clarify at the free site survey.

What does distance mean for the price?
Travel and material-haulage logistics affect the cost: small jobs far away can be proportionally more expensive than nearby projects. On large surfaces, however, distance barely matters, so it is worth calling us from the inland municipalities too. Exact conditions are always agreed at the site survey — no surprises.
Different needs in different areas
In the historic centres — Málaga's old town, Ronda, Antequera, Vélez-Málaga — the typical job is the renovation of old, sunken paving and the tidying-up of narrow courtyards. In the residential developments of the Costa del Sol and the Guadalhorce Valley, the usual work is the complete construction of new driveways and yards. And in the industrial estates of the capital, Antequera or Estepona, demand is for heavy-duty pavements and car parks.
Residential, business and public-sector work
For homeowners we build driveways, yards, footpaths, patios and garden paths. For companies: car parks, warehouse yards and logistics areas. For town councils: footpaths, public-space paving and accessible routes — always with a structure dimensioned for the expected load and compliant with the UNE-EN standards and the Spanish PG-3 specifications.

Wherever you build — on the coast or inland — two things decide durability: a well-compacted base and properly planned drainage.
How is an inland project different?
Inland and village plots tend to be larger and easier to work with machinery than town-centre courtyards, which allows faster, more economical construction. On the other hand, ground conditions change from one municipality to another: on the river plains (Guadalhorce, Vélez) and on filled ground or plots with a high water table, a more careful sub-base and more serious drainage are needed. We always assess this at the survey.
Logistics and scheduling for distant jobs
On more distant projects organisation is key: materials must arrive on time and machinery must be used efficiently. That is why we group distant jobs together and plan them in detail, so travel does not needlessly inflate the price. On large surfaces this is easily solved economically, and the result is identical to a local job.
Local particulars we pay attention to
- Ground: expansive clays and filled ground demand a thicker sub-base.
- Rain and drainage: we design the falls to suit the discharge point (storm-water network, ditch, soakaway) — essential with the torrential autumn rains.
- Access: how machines and materials can be moved determines the pace of the work.
- Local regulations: storm-water management and occupation of the public highway depend on each town council.
